Please include your instance identifier or API key so we can locate the issue faster. The more precise your reproduction steps, the faster we can respond.
Commercial questions and licensing
If you represent a school, a municipality or an implementation partner and want a tailored quote or a system presentation, contact our commercial team. We will explain tariff differences and prepare a calculation for your institution.
We can also help prepare materials for tenders or grant titles aimed at school digitalisation, and discuss integration with systems you already run.
Invoicing and official identification
For invoicing and contracts use the details of Základní škola Unhošť, the official operator of UnhostCampus. Every commercial document must carry the correct identification number and registered address.
If invoicing for licences or support is unclear, contact our finance team for the paperwork you need.
Meeting at our office
